You could sell them for $75, $100, or any amount above the base cost. The difference between the selling price and $50 is your profit.
When do we need to collect payment?
Payment is due upfront for each athlete participating in the fundraiser. This helps ensure that we can offer affordable pricing while maintaining high-quality custom products. You’ll collect payments from the families and submit the final roster with the necessary information by the end of the fundraiser period.
What information do I need to collect from families?
To create the custom wall art, you’ll need to collect the following details from the participating families:
- Athlete's first & last name
- Athlete's number
- A Professional Photo (either an action shot or a picture day photo)
You will send this information to us via a roster spreadsheet (linked above).
How long will it take to receive the custom wall art?
Once we receive the final roster and payment details, we will begin production of the custom wall art. The typical production time is 7-10 business days, but shipping time will vary based on your location. We’ll keep you updated on the timeline and notify you once the artwork has been shipped.
How Does Shipping Work?
To keep costs low for you and your team, we ship all of the custom wall art together in one package. Once we’ve completed the production of the artwork, we’ll carefully pack all orders into a single box and send it directly to the team organizer (coach or manager). From there, the organizer can distribute the wall art to each family individually.
This bulk shipping method allows us to minimize shipping costs and pass the savings onto you, ensuring that you get high-quality, personalized sports memorabilia at an affordable price. It also streamlines the process for you, so you only have to manage one delivery to your team instead of multiple shipments.
