2. Collect payments

3. Send us the info

We've included a spreadsheet for you to input all of your player's names, numbers, and file names of the corresponding player's photograph. Photos will be uploaded via google drive.

Custom Wall Art:
Each wall art piece will be personalized with your athlete’s name, number, and a professional photo (either an action shot or a picture day photo). The artwork will be high-quality and printed on durable material—perfect for displaying at home. See attached examples.

Material Options & Pricing:
We offer three material choices for the wall art:

Coroplast (Affordable and portable): The price is $[ ]. The cost to us is $15 per piece.
Foam Board (Sturdy and long-lasting): The price is $[ ]. The cost to us is $25 per piece.
ACM (Premium, high-quality material): The price is $[ ]. The cost to us is $40 per piece.

Payment Collection:
All families who wish to participate must pay upfront to ensure we can place the bulk order. Payments must be collected by [End Date].

Submitting Information:
After collecting the payments, I will need the following details for each participating athlete to ensure the wall art is customized properly:

Athlete's Name
Athlete's Number
Professional Photo (preferably an action shot or picture day photo)
Material Choice: Please indicate via check box which material option(s) the family has selected for each athlete. (Select one, two, or all material types. Payment is required for each choice: Coroplast, Foam Board, or ACM.)

Frequently asked questions

The MVP Signs fundraiser offers a simple way for teams & organizations to raise money while providing families with customized wall art. You can sell the wall art for any amount above the base cost of each material, and the difference will go directly to the team’s profit. Here are the material options and recommended selling prices:

Cloroplast Cost = $15/piece, Recommended Selling Price = $20-$25
Foam Board Cost = $25/piece, Recommended Selling Price = $35-$40
ACM Cost = $40/piece, Recommended Selling Price = $50-$60

After collecting payments, you’ll send us the roster with player names, numbers, and photos. We’ll create the customized wall art for each athlete. Families can purchase one or more material option(s) for their athlete’s wall art.

The base cost of each wall art piece is determined by the material you choose:

Cloroplast: $15/piece
Foam Board: $25/piece
ACM: $40/piece

As the fundraiser organizer, you have the flexibility to set your own selling price above the base cost. You may choose any price, but we recommend the following sale prices: $20-25 for Coroplast, $35-40 for Foam Board, and $50-60 for ACM. The difference between the selling price and the base cost is your profit.

Payment is due upfront for each athlete participating in the fundraiser. This ensures we can maintain affordable pricing while providing high-quality custom products. Once you’ve collected payments from the families, you’ll submit the final roster and order spreadsheet.

After submitting the order spreadsheet, you will receive an invoice for the total amount due. Payment must be made before production begins. We’ll start creating the custom wall art once the invoice is paid.

To create the custom wall art, you’ll need to collect the following details from the participating families:

Athlete's first & last name
Athlete's number
A Professional Photo (either an action shot or a picture day photo)
Material Choice: Coroplast, Foam Board, and/or ACM (for each player)

You will send this information to us via the order spreadsheet (linked above).

Once we receive the final roster and payment details, we will begin production of the custom wall art. The typical production time is 7-10 business days, but shipping time will vary based on your location. We’ll keep you updated on the timeline and notify you once the artwork has been shipped.

To keep costs low for you and your team, we ship all of the custom wall art together in one package. Once we’ve completed the production of the artwork, we’ll carefully pack all orders into a single box and send it directly to the team organizer (coach or manager). From there, the organizer can distribute the wall art to each family individually.

This bulk shipping method allows us to minimize shipping costs and pass the savings onto you, ensuring that you get high-quality, personalized sports memorabilia at an affordable price. It also streamlines the process for you, so you only have to manage one delivery to your team instead of multiple shipments.
